Athens DMC

Corporate events in the Greek capital

Corporate events in Athens combine 2,500 years of history with the energy of a modern capital, all within 40 minutes of an international airport. One Event is based in Athens, so conferences, gala dinners and incentive programmes are planned and run by a team that knows every neighbourhood, venue and back street. Morning sessions can end with a private view of the Acropolis, and an afternoon on the Athens Riviera is less than an hour from the centre. We design and deliver every detail, end to end.

Best for

  • Conferences and congresses, from board meetings to multi-day events for several hundred delegates
  • Gala dinners in Athens at neoclassical halls and terraces facing the Acropolis
  • Incentive programmes that mix history, food and time on the coast
  • Product launches and staff events for 20 to 450+ guests

Signature experiences

  • Ancient Olympic Games. Teams compete in the marble Panathenaic Stadium, as we produced for TE Connectivity.
  • Gala at the Zappeion. A neoclassical hall in the National Garden for awards nights and gala dinners.
  • Acropolis-view dinner. A private terrace facing the illuminated Parthenon.
  • Sunset at Sounion. The Temple of Poseidon above the Aegean, with drinks as the sun goes down.
  • Greek night. Live music, dance lessons and a long table of Greek food.

Athens city and the Athens Riviera

Central Athens

The Acropolis, Plaka and the neoclassical centre. Business hotels, rooftop terraces and historic halls put conferences and dinners a short walk from the city's landmarks.

The Athens Riviera

Seafront hotels, beach clubs and marinas along the coast south of the city, about 30 to 45 minutes from the centre. Our Optibus Global Week brought 450 guests here for conference days and time by the sea.

Cape Sounion and Attica

The Temple of Poseidon at the tip of the coast, plus the vineyards of the Attica countryside, for half-day and sunset excursions.

Venues include conference hotels, neoclassical event halls, rooftop and terrace restaurants, seafront venues on the Riviera, wineries and landmark sites such as the Panathenaic Stadium, subject to permits.
